60: Portland Weather for March 1, 2026

Good morning, it's March One, Two Thousand Twenty Six! And it's a Sunday! Here in Portland, Oregon. It's six forty-eight in the morning and I'm looking out over the city from up here and the sky is gold. Just gold. A warm sunrise light is breaking through the wisps of cloud, and the whole city below is quiet and still. Very still right now. You can smell the fir trees drying out after last week's record rain. Forty-one degrees Fahrenheit, around five Celsius. Should be going up to around fifty-seven Fahrenheit about fourteen Celsius, and it looks like the dry stretch is going to hold for us.
