55: Portland Weather for February 24, 2026

Good morning, it's February Twenty Four, Two Thousand Twenty Six! And it's a Tuesday! Here in Portland, Oregon. Looking out the window and a light rain is falling in the gray morning light. Very still right now. Forty degrees Fahrenheit, around four Celsius. I was thinking about those big Douglas firs up in Forest Park. You get in there among those trees and it gets so quiet. Just the rain dripping off the needles and that deep smell of wet bark and fern. This afternoon should be going up to around forty-eight, nine Celsius, and the rain is going to stay with us all day.
